What is the check-in/out time?
Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. We cannot offer early check in or late check out’s due to the cleaning schedule. Check in is via a key code so we do not require the time of your arrival. All arrival details will be sent to you 3 days before arrival.
Can we add extras to our reservation after we have booked?
Yes, you can add extras up until 24 hours before your arrival (unless stated otherwise).
What extras do you offer?
Our Extras Include: The Champagne Package (Bottle of Moët, rose petals, luxury box of chocolates) Price: £65 The Prosecco Package (Bottle of Prosecco, rose petals, luxury box of chocolates) Price: £45 The Birthday Package (Bottle of Moët, rose petals, luxury box of chocolates, helium birthday balloon) Price: £95 The Romance Package (rose petals, helium heart balloons, luxury box of chocolates) Price: £35 Marshmallow Toasting Kit Price: £5 Firewood & Lighting Kit (Includes premium logs and kindling. We provide 1 bag of logs per stay; our hot tubs are run by diesel and all sauna's have cosy log included) Price: £10
What happens if we need to cancel/change our booking?
All bookings are non-refundable. We can, however, offer requests to change the date up to 30 days before arrival. If you wish to change the date, we request you check the availability of the pod you have booked and send us an alternative available date. Please email info@hiddenhillsglamping.co.uk
What items do you recommend to bring?
- Blanket - Food & drink - Slippers/flip flops for the hot tub - Warm clothes during the winter: we are a glamping site, most of the facilities are outdoors.

Do I need to prepay for the whole booking?
A 25% deposit is taken when making the booking the remaining 75% is then due 21 days before arrival. You will receive a reminder email to pay the balance.
How do I book?
To book, please click on any ‘book now’ button on the website. Please check the availability by using the calendar, the green marks available dates.
What if there is no availability around the dates I want?
We are honoured that our pods are so popular, but with that means we don’t always have the availability you want if booking close to the date. We will always post our cancellations or late availability on our social media pages & emailing list.
Do we allow pets?
Unfortunately, our site is pet-free.
Which pods have hot tubs?
All of our pods have diesel-run hot tubs.
What is the minimum night stay?
We offer 1 night minimum stays and we do not put a limit on maximum night stay.
Do you allow children?
We are an adults only glamping site.
